Delivery and Returns

For all LUXE Wigs, allow about 2-3 working days for the wig to ship and 2-3 working days for delivery.


All our Luxe Wigs are custom coloured at our salon before shipping. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel your order once it’s placed because we start to process it right away. You could contact us within an hour of placing your order if you want to make any changes. We do not accept returns for refunds or exchanges on customised goods because the colour does not suit, the cap does not fit, or style does not suit. 

If you receive a faulty item, you have the right to return it within two weeks. Please contact us using the email address provided on our contact page if your order arrived faulty/damaged. We will look into it and issue a return form where necessary. All returns must be authorised. If we can confirm after receiving your return that the product is indeed faulty, we can try to fix the problem for you or you can exchange it for another product (if the problem cannot be fixed, the item must be returned unused). Please note that if you request for any of the changes listed below to be made to your order then it cannot be returned for a refund or exchange but we can work with you to make the product more suitable. The changes include:

Change of colour

Cutting of lace

Change of hair length

Change of density

Special capsize

Special style

Note: It should be returned unaltered, unused and in its original packaging. For all wigs, the lace must be uncut.
